Who we are
BETOSAN® s. r. o. as the manufacturing company of materials of so-called construction chemistry was established in 1992.
Currently BETOSAN® s. r. o. is one of the largest producers in the Czech Republic , not only in the total volume of production,
but especially by the range of products offered. This includes sanitation materials for the repair and protection of reinforced concrete structures, waterproofing materials, mortars, materials for construction and repair of industrial floors, moist masonry repair, cutting-edge materials based on synthetic resins, expansive mortars, high corrosion resistant and rapid-hardening materials for repair of various structures in the transport, ground and underground the construction. The product range includes, in collaboration with the Canadian XYPEX Chemical Company, a unique liquid-tight insulation mortars, using technology of secondary crystallization of cement of this world‘s leading manufacturer. We offer progressive FRP system for strengthening of structures using carbon fiber composite strips and fabrics. In 2012 BETOSAN® s. r. o. has added into its product portfolio selected products from world renowned construction chemistry producer FOSROC®.

Quality in the first place
It is obvious that only the top quality products can compete in the severe competition of products of renowned international manufacturers. Therefore from the very beginning BETOSAN® s. r. o. has placed extraordinary emphasis on quality assurance of its production. The products go through not only in-house laboratory checking, but their quality is supervised also by an independent certified laboratory HORSKÝ s.r.o.. Products are also certified by Technical and Testing Building Institute (TZUS) Prague, approved by the Chief Public Health Officer of Czech Republic and many products are certified for direct contact with drinking water and food. Products are manufactured according to quality management system of EN ISO 9001. BETOSAN® s.r.o. holds the EN ISO 9001 certificate for number of years now and was one of the first
companies in the concrete repair materials field to receive the certificate. For our company, it is also important to minimize the
impact of our production on the environment, BETOSAN® s. r. o. is certified with EN ISO 14001 since 2005. In regard to improvement of management of work safety and health protection BETOSAN® s. r. o. fulfils the requirements of EN 45001 since 2013 and therefore is a holder of golden certificate for integrated management system of QMS, EMS. There is no need to emphasize that all production complies with EU standards, meets the relevant industry regulations (ŘSD, ČD, ČEZ, SEP aj.). On all products, declaration of conformity is published, where possible, products carry CE certificate.

Product development, innovation
The area of construction chemicals is one of the fastest growing areas of the construction industry. Product innovation is the basic precondition for competitiveness. BETOSAN® s. r. o. has its own development base, yet the company systematically collaborates with leading research institutes mainly in the Czech Republic, like for example at Czech Technical University Prague, Technical University Brno, STU Bratislava (Slovakia), SYNPO Pardubice and number of others. It is essential to closely cooperate with major producers of raw materials for construction chemicals. The company is a long-time regular member of the domestic professional and professional societies such as SSBK, WTA CZ, is an associate member of STOP, actively draws knowledge and innovation impulses from cooperation and membership in international professional societies such as ICRI, ACI, is a qualified member of the European register of approved suppliers for power industry. In addition, company employees are active participants in seminars and conferences in Europe as well as in USA, Canada and other countries. In the long term collaboration with VUT Brno and SYNPO company Pardubice BETOSAN® s. r. o. solves and successfully implements in its production program the results of innovative solutions from projects co-financed by Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Czech Republic. The Company is an award holder of ForArch 1997 and 1999 and even holder of SSBK award in 2009 for progressive sanitation materials. For a number of award-winning buildings within the SSBK best rehabilitation of the year competition, BETOSAN® s. r. o. has participated in the realization of award-winning redevelopment of buildings as a reliable supplier of materials.
Application service, availability of materials
The specific feature of concrete repair products is the need for constant contact between the investor, designer, concrete repair contractor and supplier of materials. There are no model solutions in the concrete repair field and routine approach leads to sometimes very problematic results. Therefore engineers and distribution partners of BETOSAN® s.r.o. consider at least basic examination of the structure prior to design of the retrofit to be necessary for success of the project. It is also often desirable to optimise the retrofit design during the project as the situation on site changes and our engineers are prepared to help designers and investors find the best solution. For the repair and rehabilitation is also typical that only in exceptional cases it is possible to determine the exact amount of materials needed, rarely is the extent of damage known to the necessary degree before start of the sanitation. Flexibility and speed of delivery from its own sales warehouses in Prague, Batelov, Brno, Hradec Králové, Olomouc, Ostrava, Pilsen and Ústí nad Labem is appreciated by growing number of customers of BETOSAN® s. r. o. Depending on an agreement we deliver our products directly to the construction site. Besides our own distribution warehouses BETOSAN® s. r. o. Provides supply of materials in the Czech Republic through technically qualified distributors, the company also has representation in the Slovak Republic and gradually strengthens its presence in other foreign markets.

The goal BETOSAN® s. r. o.has always been to offer professionally formulated materials to provide an alternative to imported products. An alternative in terms of price with full technical comparability of products, an alternative in terms of application service, an alternative in terms of flexibility and operative deliveries and last but not least an alternative addressing individual and often very specific customer requirements. BETOSAN® s. r. o. has always been able to offer material solutions „tailored“ to each individual customer with a constant emphasis on the high quality of supplied materials. In this regard, goals haven‘t changed. We aim to offer our partners materials corresponding to the development of the latest knowledge in the field, materials corresponding to the demanding requirements of European and national standards, materials that guarantee, if properly applied, the best result possible. Application service
A specific feature of building chemistry products is the need for constant contact between the investor, the designer, the actual remediation contractor and the material supplier.
There are no standard solutions in the field of remediation; a routine approach to the job often does not pay off in this area. The company's employees and distribution partners therefore consider it self-evident that the actual remediation must be preceded by at least a basic survey of the structure, while during the actual implementation it is desirable to optimize both the material and technological design of the job. In addition, "field" experience is essential information for manufacturers of remediation and special materials, both for improving the properties of existing products and for production innovations. We all learn from mistakes, especially how to prevent them. For this reason, we take it for granted that we will provide the contractor or investor with maximum technical support in the supply of materials. The same applies in full to our distribution partners.
Availability of materials
It is typical in the field of repair and rehabilitation that only in rare cases can the exact amount of materials needed be determined, and rarely is the extent of damage known to the extent needed before the actual rehabilitation begins. Therefore, it is understandable that both the investor and the contractor appreciate being able to receive the necessary materials within a few hours or days.
The daily production capacity of 30 tonnes allows us to meet large orders with a high turnover, while the flexibility of the production facility allows us to satisfy even small orders.
Availability of materials It is typical in the field of repair and rehabilitation that only in rare cases can the exact quantity of materials needed be determined, and rarely is the extent of damage known to the extent needed before the actual rehabilitation begins. Therefore, it is understandable that both the investor and the contractor appreciate being able to receive the necessary materials within a few hours or days. The daily production capacity of 30 tonnes allows for a turnaround of large orders, while at the same time the flexibility of the production facility gives the possibility to satisfy even small orders. Moreover, BETOSAN s.r.o. was well aware that regional availability of materials is also an important aspect. Not everyone has the possibility or is willing to buy small quantities directly from the factory. BETOSAN s.r.o. is therefore gradually building a network of qualified distributors. You can find suppliers of our materials in practically all former regional towns, in all regions of the Czech Republic. In addition, the company has a successful representation in Slovakia and is strengthening its position in other foreign markets.
