Radon measurement protocol for approval
Protocol of measurement of volumetric radon activity in a residential building in Štíhly. The building has two underground floors where the radon activity was measured. The underground spaces of the building were made with the so-called "white bath" system with the addition of secondary crystallisation XYPEX ADMIX. It has been verified by tests at the Slovak Medical University that it can be used, if the technological procedures are followed, as the only insulation not only against water but also against radon.
This results in a measured value that is below the guideline value required by the standard (200 Bq.m-3).
