CARBOFIX ADHESIVE HM

High modulus thixotropic epoxy adhesive - part of the BETOSAN CRC reinforcement system

CARBOFIX ADHESIVE HM is a specially formulated two-component thixotropic epoxy resin-based adhesive used primarily for bonding carbon tape (BETOSAN CRC) to reinforced concrete, steel, wood and other substrates. A typical example is the use for carbon tape applications on ceiling or vertical surfaces, and on the bottom faces of beams where excellent adhesion to the substrate is essential to achieve maximum strength of the resulting joint. Similarly on walls and any surface where the bond between the carbon tape and the substrate is a critical parameter. CARBOFIX ADHESIVE HM is also used for rigid and strong bonding of concrete elements, panels, concrete-to-steel or wood connections. It is also used as a thixotropic mortar for repairing and strengthening structures.
